These terms govern your use of Memorza ("the Service"), provided by Cynthiab holding AB ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying an event or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms and you are contracting with Cynthiab holding AB.
Memorza lets a host create an event, get a QR code and collect photos, short videos and written memories from guests into a shared album, live screen and timeline. Each event is activated by a one-time purchase.
Hosts need an account and must provide accurate information, keep their login details confidential and are responsible for activity under their account. You must be of legal age or have authority to bind your organisation. Guests can contribute without an account.
You keep ownership of photos, videos and texts you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the Service. We may remove content that breaks these terms. Rights-holders can report infringing content to us and repeat infringers may be removed.
We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the related event is deactivated.
We work to keep Memorza available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. You may delete your events at any time.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of data, profits or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
