Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email from your receipt. You can also read Paddle's refund policy.
When a refund is completed, the event is deactivated: guests can no longer upload and the QR code and live screen stop working. Photos and memories already collected remain visible to the host until the event is deleted.
